Abstract
Supply chain management plays a key role in achieving economic efficiency and environmental protection. However, the relationship between factors affecting green supply chain management has not been fully clarified. The objective of this study is to explore and analyze the influence of factors directly affecting green supply chain management. The research results show that green procurement, green production, and reverse logistics all have positive impacts on green supply chain management efficiency. These findings are not only valuable in theory, enriching the research base on green supply chains, but also have practical significance, helping enterprises to build and apply sustainable supply chain strategies, thereby improving economic efficiency and environmental protection.
