Abstract
Revese logistics has been seen as an important strategy in recycling goods after use and minimizing waste to the environment. The purpose of the study is to investigate the factors that affect the implementation of reverse logistics activities of enterprises. The study was conducted by surveying 161 enterprises. Research results suggested that there are 3 internal factors and 2 external factors influencing the environmental perception of enterprises. In which, the human resource factor plays a vital role. The theoretical and practical implications of the study are discussed in detail in the study.
