Abstract
The article refers to the problem of research, design, and manufacturing of controllers and monitors for crane systems on ships using PLC (Programmer Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface). Design control cabinets, install, and run experiments on real systems to adjust parameters so that the system functions properly ensure technicality, evaluate in the most objective way possible. Moving forward to replace the CC2000 controller of MacGREGOR cranes on ships, aiming to save costs, minimize waiting time for equipment supply, master techniques and provide better technical services to users, and move towards localization of equipment in the shipbuilding and repair industry.
