Abstract
In industrial factories, labor productivity and workers' health are becoming significant challenges, particularly at material supply stations. Workers often have to perform manual tasks such as pulling, pushing into, pushing, and carrying, which lead to a high risk of musculoskeletal issues and declining health. Additionally, the current material supply process frequently experiences errors, instability, and requires a large workforce, causing production interruptions and increasing operational costs. To address these issues, this paper focuses on the research, design, and development of a lean material supply station aimed at improving productivity in industrial manufacturing.
