Abstract
Outsourcing logistics activities helps businesses reduce fixed costs, require large investments and gain competitive advantages. In fact, there are so many logistics service providers that vary in service quality, efficiency, and reliability, so manufacturers often face the challenge of choosing a logistics service provider. Therefore, understanding the criteria for selecting logistics service providers for each industry with specific requirements is important.. Therefore, this study is conducted to evaluate the criteria for selecting logistics service providers for the two representatives of the industry with the largest export value in Vietnam, which are electronics and textiles using Delphi method. The research results indicate that there is a difference in the order of priority between the criteria when making a decision to choose a logistics service provider. Consequently, the study offer meaningful contributions in terms of both academic and practice.
