Abstract
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) has been seen as one of the trade agreements that significantly contributing to Vietnam and 15 member countries in general, accounting for 32% of the global GDP. The RCEP agreement has impact on Vietnam's economy, especially in import and export. The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the impact of the RCEP agreement on the Vietnamese import and export activities to member nations. In this study, the authors used Delphi method with 30 survey samples who are directors and vice directors in the field of import and export. Results showed that the RCEP agreement brings potential opportunities for Vietnam's import and export activities, in addition to major challenges to domestic enterprises. The results and implications of this study will be discussed in detail.
