Abstract

When converting and modernizing used ships, we need to have a lines drawing to recalculate the balance and stability of the ship. In case the old ship did not have this document, it is necessary to measure and redraw the ship's lines. This paper will present a method of measuring and redrawing the ship’s lines using an electronic total station.
