Abstract
Blockchain technology has been around for quite some time since the inception of Bitcoin in 2008, but it has only recently been expanded to various other fields, including Logistics. Blockchain is believed to be a breakthrough for the development of the logistics industry [1]. However, in Vietnam, especially in Hai Phong city, the application of this technology is still very limited due to various reasons. The objective of this study is to use methods such as Cronbach’s Alpha reliability analysis, regression analysis, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to identify and rank the factors hindering the application of Blockchain. The authors' group identified 6 influencing factor groups, among which the "Environmental Influence" group has the greatest impact. This will help businesses make appropriate strategies and decisions. The research findings provide a reference foundation for logistics enterprises in Hai Phong to formulate strategies aimed at mitigating barriers and enhancing the adoption of Blockchain technology.
