Abstract
In the field of steel spinning, the inverter's tension control system is commonly used. However, various factors during the production process can cause disruptions to the steel fiber withdrawal process, leading to production interruptions. To address this issue, the article proposes dynamic equations, designs a tension PID controller for the steel spinning system, and builds a research model to verify the theory.
