Abstract
The current management of the lighthouse system’s operation is carried out following the provisions of the economic-technical norms for the operation of the independent lighthouse system in Circular No. 38/2021/TT-BGTVT promulgated by the Minister of Transport on December 30th, 2021. However, management, operation, estimating, or payment and settlement functions often stop at single processes with separate tools. Therefore, the overall management operations or reviewing and checking each light or group of lights according to specific requirements will face many difficulties, and the ability to visualize data is limited. This article proposes a Business intelligence (BI) model for supporting the management of the lighthouse system’s operation to improve the efficiency of the management and operation of the lighthouse system in a unified and effective way, with intuitive interconnectivity between the stages.
